Hi, I’m a UX Strategist and Business Thinker with 18+ years of experience designing user-centric B2B and B2C solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. I've had the privilege of working with top-tier clients like HSBC, Barclays, Samsung, Standard Chartered, and TIAA — delivering intuitive digital experiences that truly connect with users.
I wear multiple hats — from leading multidisciplinary design teams to collaborating with senior leadership on vision, product strategy, and budget planning. At HSBC, I started as a UX Architect and grew into a strategic role shaping both design and product development teams.
My strength lies in blending human-centered design with strategic thinking.
