The India Investment App was built to digitize and elevate the wealth management experience for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and their advisors. Traditionally, portfolio information was paper-based and fragmented, making decision-making slow and inefficient. Our vision was to create a secure, user-friendly mobile platform for portfolio monitoring, advisor access, and client servicing.

I served as the UX Lead, guiding the team through design thinking workshops, persona development, and usability testing. We designed an intuitive mobile experience that gave HNIs quick insights into gains, trends, and asset allocations—while enabling advisors and back-office staff to manage requests and reports efficiently.

The final product received high praise for its clean UI, personalized dashboards, and seamless user flow. It strengthened client-advisor relationships and helped position the financial institution as a tech-savvy, client-focused partner in wealth management.
